Partial Building Demolition for Reconstruction into a Shopping Center

Partial demolition and dismantling works were carried out to prepare the building for its reconstruction into a shopping center. For degraded buildings (Construction Group II), above-ground and underground structures were dismantled over an area of 551.2 m².

Prior to demolition, temporary metal support frames were installed to stabilize the existing walls to be preserved, ensuring structural stability and safe working conditions. The above-ground parts of the buildings were dismantled with special care to allow the reuse of historic bricks, which were sorted and prepared for further use.

Due to the location near heavy road traffic, additional safety measures were implemented, including pedestrian traffic management, work zone fencing, and dust control.

After completion of the demolition works, the site was fully cleared and prepared for the next construction phases.
