Building Demolition Works

Within the project framework, the demolition of a building with a footprint area of 88.9 m² and two above-ground floors was carried out. Two buildings were originally located on the plot – a residential house and a shed; however, the shed had already collapsed and no longer existed at the time of the works.

The demolition works were performed in strict compliance with safety requirements and the established sequence of demolition, taking into account the proximity of an operational street.

The demolished building had fieldstone masonry foundations, stone exterior walls, and wooden beams with board infill structures.

All demolition works were carried out in accordance with safety regulations and construction waste management requirements. After completion of the works, landscaping and greening of the site were performed.
