Replacement of the Parking Deck Structure

The roof structure of the building was reconstructed to create a second-level parking deck with a total area of 3720 m². During the works, the existing roof structure was demolished, while continuously monitoring the load on the structural slab to ensure the safety and stability of the building.

The waterproofing system was completely renewed, installing two waterproofing layers to provide a durable, stable, and energy-efficient roof structure.

The parking surface was constructed from monolithic reinforced concrete, ensuring high durability and safe long-term operation.
