Demolition of multi-storey buildings

Demolition of a multi-storey building carried out in Bauska, demolishing a five-storey dormitory that had been in operation since 1978. The project was implemented as a full-cycle building dismantling, starting from the development of documentation to the completion of construction work.

The building to be demolished was a Group II structure with a construction volume of 11,236 m³. The structures consisted of reinforced concrete foundations, brick exterior walls, and concrete slabs.

The building demolition was carried out mechanically, from top to bottom, ensuring controlled and safe execution of work. During the work, the construction project was developed, building permits were obtained, and completion documentation was prepared.

After the demolition, construction waste recycling and crushing was carried out using modern construction technology, ensuring an efficient and environmentally friendly solution.

The demolition of the multi-storey building ensured the preparation of the area for further development.
