Partial Demolition of the Building - Reconstruction of the Workshop Residential Building

As part of the project, partial demolition and reconstruction works were carried out to prepare the building for further use while ensuring safe work execution and compliance with building regulations.

The works included demolition of the annexed gallery, sealing of openings in the external walls, dismantling of engineering communications on the roof, and site restoration works. One wall opening was sealed with silicate bricks, while the other was finished with metal cladding, ensuring structural stability.

The load-bearing structures of the building were not affected during the reconstruction. After demolition works, the site was restored by filling excavation areas with compacted soil, applying topsoil, grass seeding, and landscaping.

All construction waste was collected, sorted, and removed for recycling or disposal in accordance with the Waste Management Law.
