Building Demolition

As part of the project, three degraded buildings located on a 1824 m² land plot were demolished, including a residential building and two sheds constructed in 1910 and 1916. The buildings had fieldstone masonry foundations and wooden frame exterior walls with board cladding.

Due to their dilapidated condition and failure to meet modern safety requirements, a decision was made to demolish the structures.

The demolition works were carried out in accordance with safety and construction waste management regulations.

After completion of the works, landscaping and site restoration were performed, preparing the territory for future use.
