As part of the project, partial dismantling and reconstruction of an existing transformer building were carried out. The building consisted of two sections – a non-operational pump station and an operational transformer substation.
As a result of the works, the external dimensions of the building were reduced, while the preserved part of the structure was renovated and strengthened. After the dismantling works, the building facade, roof covering, and rainwater drainage system were restored. A new parapet was constructed at the boundary of the dismantled section.
Additional structural reinforcement works were performed to extend the service life of the building and improve its technical condition. The project also included landscaping works, lawn restoration, and site organization.
