Dismantling of the Central Heating Substation and Heat Network Reconstruction

The project involved the dismantling of the former central heating substation building (total area 213 m²) and the removal of existing utility connections. The reconstruction of the heat network was carried out prior to the demolition works to ensure uninterrupted system operation.

Internal heat network components within the building were dismantled in parallel with the demolition works. The project also included extensive site clearance, such as the removal of structures, hard surfaces, fencing, retaining walls, and other elements.

Following the completion of the heat network reconstruction and installation of the new pipeline, the area was fully restored. Concrete paving was reinstated, and landscaping works, including lawn restoration, were carried out to ensure a clean and functional environment.
