Chimney Dismantling in the Group III Building “Sanitary Epidemiological Station”

A construction project was successfully completed involving the dismantling of a non-operational chimney in the Group III building “Sanitary Epidemiological Station”. The works were carried out as a simplified reconstruction, in accordance with the client’s assignment and the approved construction solutions.

The chimney above the roof level was mechanically dismantled from top to bottom, without affecting the load-bearing structures or overall stability of the building. After dismantling, the roof structure was restored, a metal cover was installed in the chimney opening, and thermal insulation and waterproofing layers were installed.

All works were performed in compliance with construction regulations and occupational safety requirements, ensuring the building’s safe continued operation.
