The demolition of a non-operational brick chimney was carried out near existing boiler house facilities. The works were performed to remove an unused engineering structure and ensure the safe operation of surrounding buildings.

Description of Works
The chimney was mechanically dismantled from top to bottom, ensuring a controlled demolition process and safety in the surrounding area. The adjacent new asphalt surface was protected with temporary shields to prevent damage.
Strict safety measures were implemented to ensure that chimney fragments did not fall uncontrollably or extend beyond the fenced work area, and that nearby buildings were not affected. Due to the proximity of an operational chimney and boiler house, the works were carried out with special caution and precision.
