Demolition of the Former Store Building

The building designated for demolition was a Group 2 structure with a footprint area of 116.6 m² and a total floor area of 106.5 m², consisting of one above-ground floor.

Following the complete demolition of the building, the construction site was restored and arranged. The works included:

• Removal and disposal of construction waste

• Restoration and leveling of areas affected by construction machinery

• Application of topsoil and grass seeding in the restored areas

The works were carried out to ensure that the site is safe, tidy, and prepared for further use after the demolition works were completed.
