A former dairy building in Lubana was completely demolished and the site cleared for further use. The building structures were dismantled in a controlled sequence using specialized demolition equipment, while the resulting demolition waste was sorted and prepared for further processing.

Mineral construction waste was crushed and recycled where applicable, reducing the volume of material requiring transportation and disposal. Following demolition, the remaining debris was cleared and the site was prepared for future use.
