Partial Building Demolition, Dismantling and Earthworks

Various demolition and dismantling works were carried out on the site to prepare the area for the upcoming reconstruction and construction phases. The works included dismantling of windows, doors, gates, walls, floors, and columns, as well as demolition of the roof and parapet structures.

Key demolition works included roof and ceiling demolition (1350 m²), cleaning of the site and premises (1720 m²), and demolition of building and site structures (400 m³).

All dismantled materials were collected, sorted, and removed, with a total of 1718 m³ of construction waste disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations. Additional works included dismantling of asphalt and concrete surfaces, removal of the metal fence, and construction of temporary access roads.

Earthworks were also carried out, including excavation of trenches and foundation pits performed mechanically to prepare for foundations and engineering utilities. The total volume of earthworks reached 739.72 m³.

The completed demolition and earthworks ensured that the construction site was fully cleared and prepared for the next stages of construction while meeting all safety and construction standards.
