Extensive demolition and dismantling works were carried out on the site to prepare the structure for the reconstruction of a residential building. The works were performed in accordance with the project demolition plan, ensuring a safe and controlled dismantling process.

The scope of work included removal of the roof covering and roof structures, dismantling of facade and finishing layers, as well as internal partitions and ceilings. Basement and plinth sections were dismantled, insulation and wooden structures were removed, and metal elements were sorted for recycling.

During the works, professional demolition equipment was used for dismantling structural elements, relocating heavy concrete components, and removing floor slabs. Construction debris was collected, sorted, and removed, ensuring a safe and efficient work process.

After completion of the demolition works, the site was fully cleared and prepared for the next phase of reconstruction.
