Demolition, restoration, and landscaping works were carried out on the territory of the former sanatorium, improving the urban environment and creating a safe and accessible area for visitors. The project also included the development of construction documentation and author supervision during the works.

Main Works and Characteristics:

  • Billiard building (Group 3) – brick walls, reinforced concrete foundations, wood and metal sheet structures; 169.4 m²;
  • Restoration of the stage floor (Group 2) – 37.5 m²;
  • Reconstruction of the fence and entrance gates – restoration of the main and secondary entrance gates, demolition of the existing metal profile fence (425 m), installation of reinforced concrete posts and 3D mesh fencing, site clearing, repair of roads and pathways (2000 m²), installation of pedestrian barriers, restriction of hazardous areas, stump removal, and collection and disposal of generated waste;
  • Repair of reinforced concrete stairs – restoration of existing stairs, installation of handrails, landscaping of the surrounding area, and waste disposal;
  • Partial landscaping of the territory – 5.64 ha.
