What is included in demolition?

The scope and nature of the demolition service and work depend on the agreement between the Client and the Contractor. If the client has just decided to demolish a building, they can safely contact us, and we will carry out the entire demolition cycle, starting from design, obtaining the building permit, preparing execution documentation, and receiving the approval.

On the other hand, if the client has already successfully completed the rounds at the municipal authorities, we offer to start with the practical work: fencing off the territory, organizing the construction site (based on the “work execution project”), demolishing the building/structure, responsible waste disposal, site cleanup, and landscaping.
